Blogger Missing in Action

A 33 year old blogger and mother of 5 has been missing in action since October 2nd. We are happy to report that she has been found. This story has a funny twist...we find her now a mother of 6!

Her and her new baby boy are home safe after a couple of days in the hospital. Littlest baby boy weighed 5 lbs 1 oz at birth. He arrived 2 1/2 weeks early after an ultrasound revealed that he probably wasn't gaining in utero. Diagnosed IUGR (means little peanut baby can't get nutrients in the womb) he was welcomed into this world a little bit early. Now that he's here he can pig out and gain that weight he's lacking!

Deprogramming

Anyone have a good deprogramming program for a 4 year old? I'm at a loss. When he was 3 1/2 we finally completed the upload of the potty training program after many bugs and updated versions to fix the programming glitches. Naked verion 1.3 finally worked! Potty training was successful!

Now I'm looking for a patch to the program. To remove 1 part of the program for optimal performance. I need to remove the I Need To Go Potty files and just these files. An update to Proper Wiping and Hand Washing would be a welcome bonus. The problem keeps reappearing at 5am in the morning with the 4 year old repeating "Dad, I NEEEEEEED TO GO POTTY!" and "MOMMY, I NEEEEEEEEED TO GO POTTY!" So far the only fix we've found is for Mom and Dad to wake up from sleep mode and use the command, "just go then!".

Will the problem resolve itself in time. Perhaps. Until then, the highly successful Potty Training Program Naked 1.3 could use a little update. If any of you more experienced Child Programmers out there have any suggestions, we'll gladly take them!

Pizza Surprise!

We took the boys to a corn maze saturday (post to come) and afterwards we went to lunch at a yummy pizza place down south. The highlight of the meal was the surprise when they brought the pizza out. We asked for half with no mushrooms...they brought out half with no mushrooms but added spinach to it! Our waitress was so nice and said that she was having them remake a smaller pizza to replace the mistake. About 10 minutes later was our next surprise...a pizza covered in tomatoes. Our pizza didn't come with tomatoes! So...the nice manager only charged us half price (they did get half the pizza right), we had a few giggles and a lot of left over pizza. And because the kids' side was messed up, he gave them all giant cookies with M&M's in it. I think they forgave him! And we had a good chuckle. Was the kitchen staff just making the pizza's up? Who knows! The pizza was still yummy.
